unbelievable!

i'm now sitting on my bed in room C101 in KLwhich will be my room for another 10 months or so
the room's pretty clean now that i've sweeped and mopped the floor very thoroughly..
i'm a hygiene freak you see.
but... the bathroom is super disgusting.
i have had my own room since standard 5
but it feels different to be alone in a hostel room in KL
it's not scary but not exactly fun either.
didnt expect much when i get the room..
thought the wireless network the university asked us to pay for will not work..
however, after trying to connect to the internet for 10 minutes or so.. i succeeded! congratulations to KTSN(name of my hostel) for FINALLY being able to set up a wireless network! and luckily i did get myself a laptop haha
this is a moment to be remembered and thus here i am.
hopefully the connection will be faster next time :)

tomorrow's the first day of my 3rd semester..
and joni and mien just came back..
didnt get to spend much time with them..
and i just found out that the next holiday is in 8 weeks time:(
and it will be one week long only:(
it's almost one in the morning, will have to get up at 630 am so that's all for now.. but definitely more to come!! cheers!

New Semester's Resolution

I went into university without being mentally prepared for leaving home and be independent.
so i had no time to think about things that i should do and shouldnt do.
so here's my new semester's resolution
1) procrastinate less since i know it's impossible to not procrastinate at all
2) keep my table ROOM clean and tidy
3) to study for my formative assessments properly
4)pay attention in medicine and society
5) study consistently, not last minute
6)exercise more
7)nap= sleep less than 2 hours
8)shop less
9)not to call mom when i break something eg class
10)have proper meals
11)be less choosy over food
12)wash more than one piece of garment everytime i do the laundry
13)keeping my lifestyle healthy
14)fall sick less often(not sure whether this is something i can control)
15)treat people nicer
16) be a better person:)

travelling

from penang to kuala lumpur on bus = boredom
many people are amazed that i managed to come back so often
and i always laughed it off
i think i wanted to return so badly that the 5 hour journey doesnt matter much to me.
i mean, i was fine with travelling for that long so that i can enjoy my weekend at home
instead of spending it at the hostel where good food is totally absent.

i went to kl last thursday evening to check into my new room.
the journey to kl was ok coz i was very tired and i slept all the way there.
but on the journey back,
i had abundant sleep the night before
so basically
i wanted to rip perak state off the map so that i can reach penang faster.

my new semester is commencing this monday.
and i'm so not looking forward to it.
i do miss SOME( a small number of people) of my coursemates BUT
i would rather miss them for one more month than to return sooner.
and yes my holiday is very very short compared to others.
and yet, it's the longest holiday for us.

i want to play more songs finish every show on tv
go out more often before i head back to kl
to be exact, before i go back to the life where i had nothing better to do than sleep.
i wish my uni life can be as exciting as some of my friends
or maybe i'm just too lazy to find things to do.
mhm
i shall put in more effort to make my life funner!
